At BunnyKnocks, we carefully pack every order with love and make sure your products reach you in the best condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or an unboxing video may be required as proof.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, certain products cannot be returned once delivered.

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products.
  • Gift cards, mystery boxes, sale items, and clearance products.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Products returned without prior approval from our support team.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Share your order number, registered contact details, reason for return, and clear images or video of the product.

  • Email or message us with your order details.
  • Mention the reason for your return request.
  • Attach clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Return Pickup and Shipping

Once your return request is approved, we will share the return instructions with you. In some locations, reverse pickup may be arranged. If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product back to us.

  • Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval.
  • The product must be packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
  • Shipping charges may be applicable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • BunnyKnocks will not be responsible for damage caused due to improper return packaging.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping charges, COD charges, and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is not available, we may offer store credit or a refund as applicable.

  • Exchange requests are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • The replacement product will be shipped after inspection of the returned item.
  • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product or store credit may be offered.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as per the return policy.

  • Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • If prepaid cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  • Share your order number and contact details.
  • Send clear images or an unboxing video of the product and packaging.
  • Keep the product unused and in its original packaging until the issue is resolved.
