4. How to Return

Receive Return Authorization (RA)
We’ll send you an RA number and return instructions within 2 business days. -
Ship the Item

Include the RA number on the package.

Use a tracked shipping method.

Buyers cover return shipping unless the item was defective or a Bunny Knocks error occurred.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive the return, we’ll inspect the item within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping or gift wrap charges are non-refundable unless error was ours.
6. Exchanges

Prefer an exchange? We’re happy to help.

Email us with your desired replacement item (color, size, etc.).

Ship your original item back (buyer covers shipping).

Once received, we’ll ship your replacement at no extra charge (excluding any price difference).

If ordered item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and issue a refund if preferred.
7. Non‑Returnable Items

Any item showing signs of use, damage by buyer, or missing original packaging
8. Sale Items & Promotions

Sale items: final sale, no returns or exchanges.

Promotional items: returns accompanied by promotional credits are only refunded for the item’s actual cost.
9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

After that, the order proceeds to fulfillment and is subject to our standard return policy.
