🛍️ Bunny Knocks Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Overview

At Bunny Knocks, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Eligibility

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition.

    • With all original labels, packaging, and accessories.

  • Customized, personalized, or digitally delivered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Received a damaged or faulty product? No problem.

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number.

    • Description and photo(s) of the issue.

  • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund. We Will deliver Replacement Product within 7 Working Days *Subjected to Arability of Courier partner

4. How to Return

  1. Initiate a Return
    Email us at support@bunnyknocks.com with:

    • Order number

    • Name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if applicable)

  2. Receive Return Authorization (RA)
    We’ll send you an RA number and return instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Ship the Item

    • Include the RA number on the package.

    • Use a tracked shipping method.

    • Buyers cover return shipping unless the item was defective or a Bunny Knocks error occurred.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive the return, we’ll inspect the item within 5 business days.

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping or gift wrap charges are non-refundable unless error was ours.

6. Exchanges

  • Prefer an exchange? We’re happy to help.

  • Email us with your desired replacement item (color, size, etc.).

  • Ship your original item back (buyer covers shipping).

  • Once received, we’ll ship your replacement at no extra charge (excluding any price difference).

  • If ordered item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and issue a refund if preferred.

7. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective)

  • Any item showing signs of use, damage by buyer, or missing original packaging

8. Sale Items & Promotions

  • Sale items: final sale, no returns or exchanges.

  • Promotional items: returns accompanied by promotional credits are only refunded for the item’s actual cost.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After that, the order proceeds to fulfillment and is subject to our standard return policy.
